How do I reserve a spot in a class?
If you want to come one-off or casually, use the online registration system.
If you’re on a package, use the online portal or book in person at the studio. You can select the class/es you want to attend and will then be billed the most cost effective package for your selection. Contact us to arrange access to the portal.
If you can’t book online, you will need to contact us to arrange a manual booking, and pay cash or credit before your class commences. There will also be a small administration fee added to manual bookings.
I’m on a package – But what if I miss my class?
That’s fine – we understand life changes. A small number of places will be reserved in other classes for events like this, so if you need to attend a different class for that week – that’s ok, just let us know and we’ll arrange it.
What if I don’t want to attend the same class each week, but I want to buy a package?
If you are not sure of your schedule, or want to take different classes each week, you can book those particular days/classes through the casual booking system. You still have the freedom to use your pre-purchased classes whenever suits you (subject to availability).
What if a class is full?
The portal system does not automatically update class numbers. This means you may see “2 spaces available” however if there are 2 registrations waiting to be completed before yours, the class has become full. You may still request a class that is displayed as full to indicate your preference for it. If classes are oversubscribed (more students request that class than spaces available) places will be allocated according to type of package, date of enrollment, and your current standard. We will endeavor to allocate you at least some of your preferred classes each month, however this may not always be possible. You will be placed on a waitlist for the class of your choice and be notified if a place becomes available. You will not be billed until class allocations are complete.
What if I can’t come?
No worries. You can re-book your class right up until the minute it is due to start. You can also cancel you class given enough notice and receive a refund less a small administration fee. You’ll find a link to change any scheduled classes at the bottom of the email you received when you booked.
